Really expensive and not particularly offers lately. Scoop of ice cream 1.80 € Ice cream sundae with 3 scoops of ice cream and a pair of cherries from a glass with a splash of cream 8.10 € really bad calculation, overpriced! Never again!! It wasn't a black whale beecer with expensive kirsch, it was a cup of amarena.

The ice cream is delicious, but unfortunately there were very long waiting times for outside sales despite the relatively low number of customers. The service was very friendly. Update: Correction to four points for a friendly answer and the reason for the long waiting time.

I ate a brittle cup this afternoon. It took more than 15 minutes until the waiter even came. It was another 20 minutes before I got the ice cream. As I have to say, the ice cream wasn't particularly tasty. The chocolate ice cream was floury, the pistachio ice cream (I think it should be) didn't taste like it at all. For the price of € 6.50 I would have expected more. My family had the same problem with their sundaes. I won't go here anymore.

Really delicious ice cream and great service! The ice cream parlor is conveniently located directly across from the Albspielplatz, so after a day there you can't avoid having an ice cream here :-). But it's also worth it!

Very good ice cream and you are welcomed nicely by the staff, but unfortunately there is almost always a relatively large queue there so you have to wait a bit.

Have just tried the ice cream in Knielingen for the first time (3 scoops, different types). Delicious. I'm looking forward to the new opening in Knielingen. Will visit the "shop" in Rüppurr on the next motorcycle trip

Super delicious ice cream. There are sometimes waiting times when selling on the street, but this is normal at peak times in summer and speaks for the quality. In the house you can get sundaes with fresh ingredients. The staff is friendly and courteous. I also love the waffles on cool days. I always like to go there.

Good selection, normal prices and great location on the Alb. Since I haven't eaten a sundae there, there is no better rating from me. Maybe still coming.

So you really have to say you have to be very patient and should bring an extremely long time. Even before corona there were extreme waiting times. Therefore I prefer to go somewhere else where it is a bit quicker.

Such a lovely peaceful place with great service ...wonderful breakfast..coffee with a little icecream on the side...such eye for detail and customer service. Would go there again..and again . Place like this create a beautiful holiday memory of Karlsruhe, which by the way, is a wonderful city!

The quality of the ingredients is good and the taste was not too sweet. The service is friendly and brought the ice, despite the high load of guests, within 10 minutes. Both indoors and out on the terrace it is cozy and with umbrellas outside a bit shady. A star deduction is only because Straciatella brought, but chocolate was ordered. Was still delicious.

The ice cream tastes good here. On the menu we found a rather small selection of sundaes with the most important varieties. These are priced in my opinion slightly above average. If the weather is good, a snake can even form on the road.
